Together since 1987, doug and linda realized early on that they used relationships in an attempt to erase the past and fulfill external desires and needs based on lack and vulnerability. After the "honeymoon" they demanded change of each other to garner the happiness and joy they were not willing to find within themselves. Of course their relationship was self destructing by the miinute and resulted in everything but lasting happiness.

Fortunately they were each willing to take responsibility for their state of mind and have it healed.

Over the years doug and linda have dedicated themselves to a journey of healing and self discovery that has led to the extension of their experience and skills to assist others. doug and linda offer themselves by facilitating individual help sessions, groups, workshops and retreats; see Events Calendar. They consistently establish a welcoming space for others to embrace whatever learning and experience is needed in the moment.
